Jeremy has over thirty years of experience as a construction professional in project management, quantity surveying / cost consultancy and loss assessment. He has worked extensively in both the private and public sectors across a range of disciplines including hospitality, leisure, retail, commercial, civic, health and waste projects.

As a Trustee Jeremy focuses on the quality of the design and specification given the location and position of the site, the affordability of the project considering value for money and whole life costing, procurement of services and contracts, monitoring and challenging the programme / timelines and information flow and the consideration of sustainability both environmentally and financially.

Jeremy is a keen trail runner, cyclist and adventure seeker and has completed many charitable challenges over the years, often choosing the “ultra” events to push the boundaries! He has been on numerous committees in all the usual roles organising many events.
